1. What’s Included

When you purchase the course, The Art of Performing Beyond Fear, you receive:

• Pre-recorded materials, (6 modules,) delivered over the 8-week course period.

• 8 live Q&A sessions

• Email support

• Community platform, open until the last zoom session (around April 9)

• 1-year access to all materials

• All material is for personal educational use only and not for redistribution or sale.

2. Payment Terms

This offer is available as:

• A one-time payment

• A two-time payment

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments as agreed at the time of purchase.

Access to the program may be suspended if payment fails or is not completed.

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Trial Period, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trial Period (7 days)

Upon enrollment in The Art of Performing Beyond Fear, you are granted a 7-day trial period, starting from the date access to the course materials is first provided (February 9 – release of Module 1).

During this 7-day period you may cancel your participation without giving a reason and request a full refund, provided the request is made in writing via email on or before February 15.

Cancellation After the Trial Period

After the 7-day trial period, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once the trial period has expired.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you agree to start the course once access is provided, immediately upon purchase.

By starting the course and accessing the digital materials, you explicitly request immediate performance of the service.

You understand that after the 7-day trial period, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer protection law for digital content.

For customers outside the EU/EEA or for business clients (B2B), this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

The 7-day trial period described above is offered voluntarily. After this period, all sales are final.

4. No Guaranteed Results

I am committed to supporting you, but I cannot guarantee specific results from this coaching.

Your progress depends on your personal effort, practice, and application.

5. Health Disclaimer & Responsibility

The coaching and course materials may involve breathing techniques or practices that impact physical or emotional well-being. This is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult your doctor before beginning if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

I am not responsible for any health issues that may arise during or after participation.

By participating, you take full responsibility for your own well-being and release the provider from any liability for injuries or issues arising from participation.

6. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for having reliable internet access and a functional device (computer, tablet, or phone) to participate in live sessions and access materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials are protected by copyright and provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the content without written permission from the provider.

8. Confidentiality

As part of our work together, you may share personal or sensitive information. I will treat all client communications and materials shared during our sessions as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Privacy Policy

I collect personal data as necessary to deliver this program and communicate with you.

10. Contract Formation & Start Date

This agreement becomes legally binding once the first payment (installment) is received.

Access to the digital course materials for The Art of Performing Beyond Fear is provided according to the release schedule stated on the sales page. The first module is released on February 9, at which point the 7-day trial period begins.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes will be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.

12. Client Type

This offer is available to both private individuals (consumers) and business clients (B2C and B2B).
